What Are Your Domestic Shipping Policies?
We offer free shipping for addresses in the United States - these items are marked as such.
Custom and/or larger items such as tables, etc., will go through our design process. If you are requesting a custom/large piece we will contact you with a shipping calculation as part of the Design Process.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Smaller items such as walking sticks, shelves and cutting boards may be able to reasonably be shipped outside of the United States. The cost of shipping will need to be calculated, agreed upon and paid in full prior to shipping. Please contact us directly to inquire further.
How Does the Design Process Work?
A great place to start is by showing us examples of what you love and/or what you do not like. How will you use the custom item: Do you want a table for dinner parties? What is Your Return Policy?
We want our customers to be completely satisfied but our pieces are custom made and therefore we cannot accept returns. All sales and deposits are final.
